We are starting something special at Magnolia. We are a growing practice of dedicated mental health practitioners practicing in the Greater Lansing area in person and virtually throughout the state of MI and beyond.

Magnolia is looking to hire licensed clinicians who value multiculturalisim, social justice, and are dedicated to the continued development of yourself and of others. We seek those who practice from any orientation (e.g., CBT, ACT, Humanistic, etc.), but prefer those who practice from that orientation relationally. We have a preference for those who practice from a depth or exploratory (e.g., psychodynamic) orientation.

We seek licensed psychologists (LP) who are interested in both psychological assessment and psychotherapy and have a passion for training. We also seek licensed mental health professionals (e.g., LLP, LMSW, LPC,) skilled in practicing from a relational depth/exploratory (e.g., psychodynamic) orientation

We offer part-time Independent Contractor (1099) with a fair fee-split and full-time W-2 positions with fair compensation.
